• Data is refreshed from the live Payroll and HR system once a month via easy extracts.
• User Names and passwords are allocated and strictly controlled.
• An employee can view or edit his information only.
• Screens and fields are setup according to your requirements, or use our default and we can make changes as you go.

Staff Can:

• View Non Financial information
• Edit Non Financial Information that is e-mailed automatically to the payroll operator.
• View Payslip Earnings and Deductions History per month in a table for this tax year
• View leave balances
• Apply for leave and manager can approve leave and more

Administrators can:

• Add users
• Import and Export
• Capture leave applications for staff that do not have email or computer access
• Managers can:
• View their Department’s Payroll and HR information
• View leave balances
• Set performance related questionnaires and outcomes
• Decide on leave applications with automated emails of forms communicating the decision and populating leave records for payroll.

This service is charged per user per month with a minimum fee.
